Honestly some people do live nude. They have nudist colonies and neighborhoods. I’m not comfortable completely nude because I have some body issues. However as long as your husband were to warn the delivery people of his preferences then I see no issue. They can the decide from there if they want to come in or not.
As for underwear not being good for you I disagree. Purely because of germs. And I know for women we secrete stuff. But to each their own in what risks they choose to take.
Also there’s a big difference between having a penis out and not wearing a bra. Boobs are not used for sexual reproduction so they really shouldn’t be viewed as sexual object unless that’s your kink and you’re in the bedroom/whenever you have sex.
