I’m in a really bad place right now. My head, jaw and teeth hurt from anxiety. I’m having brain and body zaps all day from tapering and coming off sertraline (pdoc aware). I’m just tired of it all. Tired of pills and right now I just feel like I’m poisoning myself. I want to self harm. The feeling is so strong. I’m trying not to move at all right now, I just can’t tolerate that electric zapping feeling. Clonazepam I’m supposed to take every morning leaves me doped and unsteady. I haven’t driven in a couple of days. I’m not going to take it tomorrow. At night I fight the urge to not take more sleeping meds than I’m advised.
I think and hope things will get better again which I guess is a good sign. I’ll reach out to my pdoc Monday if I’m still feeling like this.
