Sometimes I have an awful feeling in my legs, sometimes other places as well. I think it started years ago when I was on an SSRI. It felt kind of like there was an electrical current in my veins, and like my legs were moving or needed to be moved. I eventually concluded it was restless leg syndrome. It seems to happen when I am tired. Makes me feel like I want to jump out of my skin. Very intrusive. It may have been caused by the SSRI - I have other symptoms that started then & didn’t go away when I went off the meds years ago. Was only on them a couple of months. Dunno whether this is the same thing you have. Not fun. Sorry to hear you are having to deal with this.
