I get it in my hands a lot & sometimes in my arms & other places. Makes it a bit hard to relax. My Dr told me to try Ativan for it but i’d Really rather not. Only meds I am on are Omeprazole for acid reflux & a blood pressure med. at one point she also told me to try orange juice w some kind of fancy (not regular,mind you) Himalayan sea salt. I forget whether that was for that issue or some kind of cramp thing. Couldn’t afford it anyway. I have read that CBD might help it but have yet to try it for that purpose.
