It doesn't sound like there's anything to be scared about right now. You don't appear to be in any danger. It seems like you are reporting random thoughts that aren't accompanied by an emotion or action. Is that an accurate assessment of what you are saying here?
If so, I don't think you or anyone else are in any danger from there random thoughts that pop into your mind. Maybe obsessing about them is making it worse for you right now because you are panicking about what it means or what it is. So much of your attention seems to be on there ramdon thoughts that don't seem to mean anything to you.
What would happen if you just noticed them and then let them pass by without worrying about them too much?
