I didn't get enough sleep last night and that made my anxiety and hypervigilance worse during the day. I tried to take a nap before going to work but I was in a state of hyperarousal and I couldn't relax. I ended up getting overwhelmed by the noises in the street, and that got progressively worse until I had panic attack.
I'm feeling a little better right now, but I'm exhausted and I have a headache from crying.
I need to prepare a few things before going to work but I can't bring myself to concentrate on anything
