It's the Depression talking. Don't listen to it! You have a lot of value simply because you were born. You exist. I'm sure you're helping many more people than you think, including those here on PC. We all love you here! Trust me when I say that. You're a valuable person and you'd be missed by any if you were gone. It's not your fault if you're struggling. It seems clear that you're trying your best to survive. But of course you can't just snap out of it. Don't worry. I'm sure you'll be able to get through this. Just try not to listen to those thoughts you're having. Try to find some distractions for yourseld. Do you have any hobbies? What do you like to do in your free time? Do you have a support system IRL? Any other friends or family members that you can reach out to? We're here for you if you need to talk about it. We all care about you here. We all love you here. Feel free to vent here as much as you need and want. You know we won't judge you here. I promise you that. You're a wonderful person. Just try to do your best to survive. That's all you can do after.
