I didn't fall asleep until almost 4:00 am because I didn't take my Seroquel XR until 10:00 pm last night. Normally I take it at 7:15 pm, but I didn't because we went to see a movie last night. I know not taking my Seroquel XR until late spells sleep issues. That's why I hate to go out in the evenings. If I were to skip my evening meds deliberately and completely, I would not sleep at all and would be having severe mood symptoms in the late morning.

I finally started a statin about 5 years ago. I did it for the same reason you state. There is zero side effects but good results.

I have to schedule my yearly exam and of course Mammo , ugh , sucks with Fibromyalgia. Well it sucks regardless.

Hope you have a great day
