You may try, perhaps in presence of T & their input, to pay detailed attention to what is happening when you start to dissociate. For example, what are the first signs, what is it the let's you recognize it etc. Including what's happening around you like venue, thoughts, T topic. Our T pointed out we exhibited signs before we knew it was happening. He saw it starting. It takes many times. But we were able to go from that to figuring out why. We were even able to learn to stop...most of the time!! Take care.
