Pretty panicked. Have to drive someone to a Dr appt later & since he doesn’t have a phone or live anywhere & is probably going to be fairly drunk by then this should be a good time. If I can find him. Need to take a shower but that makes the ocd worse So i may skip it. Maybe if I can get out early enough I can do it at my friend’s house. Need to just concentrate on getting myself out of the house, which is the hard part.
I had five really good years with hardly any anxiety but lately I am a wreck. No data left so no meditation app. Ah well. Another day. I miss feeling sane.😀
