You have to decide for yourself whether or not you're willing to accept this behavior. I understand why you'd be bothered by it. I'm sure it wouldn't be easy for anyone to find out something like this. You need to find out whether you want to accept it or not. If the thought of it just bothers you that much, then I'm afraid it would be better to just end this relationship. Otherwise you could try to talk to him about this and see how it goes from there.
