But that is different from what I think ex=hankster meant. You declared being all in to the therapist whereas exhankster was talking about the opposite I think.

I don't necessarily agree that one cannot just go in from time to time and find a value if one finds value in therapists to begin with - just that drop in and out is different from last minute extra appointments.
