True.
But Dnester,
you are the one that also told your therapist about being diagnosed with DDNOS years ago,
you are the one that contacted your old psychologist to find out the dx for sure.
you are the one that's trying to convey here(and in therapy)that you do have some kind of dissociative disorder, you talk about the "chatter" that goes on in your head, you even talk about your parts/alters,to quote you from another thread about Tessa, you said
Quote:
Tessa my 13 year old boy part is a big cutter. He wants to cut his wrists real deep

You are the one causing all of this for yourself by what you are saying/telling here and with the professionals you are working with but then you dismiss everything you're told, contradict
everything you are saying from post to post here and I am assuming you do that in therapy too.And you are refusing to delve into any of these things you re saying/telling and say your therapist is wrong and dismiss any suggestions made here.
What is
REALLY going on?Don't you think it's time you just get the help you need instead of chasing your tail? Is it help that you even want? What exactly are you looking for and wanting anyway?
I'm completely lost and confused once again but one thing that's pretty clear is that you really should allow your providers to help you and treat you with whatever's going on because it seems to definitely be getting worse.
