~75 minutes on arc trainer this morning. I didn't log it and still shooting for a low goal so I won't see much of a bump tomorrow. I deserve one; I went off the deep end last night. Mostly small stuff but several. Things like small pieces of chocolate with peanut butter on them, almonds/raisins with a small pieces of chocolate, a Klondike bar (only one of those). That wouldn't be terrible except there were several of the first two. Also a skin on thigh and fries for dinner.
