Do any of you do this? I woke myself up the other night doing this. I was reading out of a book in my dream and when I woke up I was talking out loud and Tyger was up by my face staring at me. It scared me. I don't normally do this and shouldn't be able to do this as I wear a CPAP mask and it blows air into my windpipe and I shouldn't be able to talk and I was. I am still freaking out. Do any of you talk in your sleep and if so what do you say?
