day 3 is almost out the way.
Ash wednesday started lent.
So am trying to live my life healthier.
No alcohol until easter.
I am hoping to drop at least 10 pounds.
No snacking after dinner.
Will try this intermitant fasting....my therapist lost 68 pounds just eating with in a window of time. I think my time window will be from 11am to 7pm. That is a 16 hour fast.
I will also lower my carb intake when able. and portion control...this has to make sense if I will be able to follow this diet.
I weighed 185 this morning...hoping to be 175 by easter.
