Possible trigger:
I read 3 articles today.
One was about workplace sexual harassment, where my two rules are no touching and no sexual talk. Anyhow, some married CEO had sex with an actress, and gave her movie roles and positions to keep her silent. He was a powerful man who abused his power to have sex with this lady. He was 48, and she was 21. I don't think any 21 year old woman has sex with any 48 year old man, especially on their first meeting. I know of other powerful men who've abused their power to prey on young actresses. Also, he arranged to meet her at a hotel/motel, which is another sign of an unprofessional and cautious meeting, I feel.
The second article was about some man who confessed to sexual misconduct around under-aged girls. I know very well to stay away from kids. I don't even ask about age: if they look too young, I back away. Sexual misconduct can be legally dangerous when the victims are minors.
The third article was about some city official who told his subordinate that female employees sleep with their bosses to keep their jobs. when she refused due to morals, he said that she'd have to work twice as hard so that others won't think she did sexual favors to advance. But even after she advanced far, her coworkers still spread rumors that she had done sexual favors. Apparently the city official himself had initiated the rumors in retaliation.
that thrid article was truly disturbing. Firstly, I feel he threatened to fire her if she wouldnt have sex with him. then he pushed her to work extra hours where she hoped she'd get more respect. But in actuality, he shamed and humiliated her, even because she was spurning his weird sexual advances all the time. This was a case of workplace harassment, and of the sickest kind.
