I have decided to follow advices and accept that I am depressed and with good reasons, my ex-wife does not allow me to see my children, my dad died last year, my job is not going well big part because of my depression but more so because of discrimination. But I accept this reality, my reality. So here I am not in the right place. But sharing with my fellow friends who fight their own battles. I guess I have to own more my battle.
