My dad says I've always talked in my sleep since I was young. I loved books and I read to my brothers before bed ever since I learnt to read. He says that he'd go upstairs to bed and look in on me and I'd be telling stories (what I've done in my day etc) Don't think I do it anymore, my boyfriend says I'll utter odd sentences, but I don't tell stories.
I used to sleep walk too... When I was about 8 I was at my grandparents and my grandmother woke in the night and I was trying to climb the curtains I think I got the sleep walking from my dad, he did it a lot too.
I wonder why we do it?
