For the past 4 years the first thing I’ve done after using the bathroom is take a shower. Whether I work or not. There have been maybe 5 times in those 4 years where I haven’t showered first thing and I think twice where I haven’t showered at all that day because I was at home alone for the whole day. I feel super gross if I don’t shower first thing.
