Thank you for that. I agree with all that you said.
I have a work schedule which changes according to my archive work and 'jewelling', the 2nd schedule. Throughout the day I have public duties.
After hours my home schedule varies according to my daughter's emotional needs. It's almost always centred on food, helping her with homework and then cooking us a jolly good meal.
