Fell asleep after 6 am finally , dogs just Had to go out at 1O

My T must be psychic he texted me today just to check on me which is odd , he seldom does it out of the blue .... only only if I call him which I did not. So there’s that. And that’s my calling maybe 4 times over 8 years.

I have come to the acceptance that all my physical problems have left me very weak, frozen shoulder isn’t helping , I have trouble getting in and out of bed or go from sitting to standing. I need to do something about it.

Walking is probably the best way to start. My driveway is long and steep and is made from churt so messy when it rains. You city folk doesn’t realize we don’t have cement driveways, it’s 1/4 mile to My box.

Maybe things will improve ? Yeah I’ll hold my breath on that
