it's not your fault your name is whatever it is but it sounds like some superficial people that really should be of no concern to you. if they are that superficial chalk this up to the knowledge that they are ones that likely won't be good for becoming friends with lol. Idk I see their behavior as really childish and something you shouldn't even bother to think about anymore but also the silver lining that they were quick to show their true colors and now you know to avoid them.
