Get out of the rural area if you can. I moved from Los Angels to a small rural town in the midwest, thinking a less stressful life is what I needed. I was extremely wrong and became very suicidal. I had to move back to California because I was so miserable and it took a year to snap out of my massive depression. I still have my bad times but nothing at the level I was at. It was so bad I literally dont remember large parts of my life while living in the midwest.
