I had two bad days in a row. Yesterday I was 148. I’m guessing tomorrow I’ll be back at 152. I discovered that caffeine free regular Mountain Dew does exists. I’ve been drinking a lot of it since it doesn’t have caffeine. and I also found these cookies from Walmart I like that are similar to a discontinued brand I liked. All those calories add up. The good thing is I’m basically maintaining my weight. I hover between 147 and 152. So technically I’m keeping my weight off.
