Ok. here I go again... confused. I'm still quite depressed and maybe have no um no business responding to any post... and since I can't read and remember everyone's posts... sorry, ahead of time.
But didn't you state that YOU broke a verbal contract with your doctor? Didn't you state that YOU lost "any form of reason" and your doctor sent you "up the river" so to speak?
Perhaps you are still working from a skewed perspective about this incident? Maybe you went back to the same doctor because you know inside that you were out of control, and that he may have just saved your life; that he cares for you to go ahead and do this, knowing full well it would be on your record but it was that or lose you forever?
Maybe he had to use those labels to allow them to give you the treatment he knew you needed? Maybe some of those labels actually fit???
We have all had to live through being labelled.
I don't know. I wasn't there. I'm still not. I am known around here for viewing things differently at most times. Sometimes it actually helps.
The important thing now is, you can continue to help yourself, and appear to be trying to gain a good perspective.
Welcome to psychcentral. Sorry I missed chatting with you earlier.
