~1500 today and an unlogged 100 minutes of cardio that was probably 600 gives me a net of 900 or so. That's way too little to be healthy if I do it every day, but averaged across three days with the prior two it's fine. Might be back around 155 tomorrow morning, but could still be 156 or even 157. I really pigged out the previous days.
