I was 151 today. I actually did strength training today. I did 20 reps or whatever they are called with my 10 pound weights. I did 10 pull ups, 15 squats, and 5 minutes on my lounge chair. It’s a start but I will be doing more. I plan on doing strength training twice a week and cardio 3 times a week. I really want to focus on actually getting into shape. I feel like I look kind of flabby.
