I'm happy because I used coping skills to make it through panic. I'm always worried when adjusting to medication changes and adjustments and get hyper aware of any bodily sensations that I feel are a sign I'm "dying". Talking to my sister on the phone helped, also turning music on so I don't feel like I'm alone. I made a cup of herbal tea and have been journaling. Also telling myself that everything is okay, I'm not in danger.
