I went for a 30 min walk instead of a 20 min. I have done everything on the list except the dish wash.
Some of my goals for Thursday:
- After breakfast and hygiene:
Do the dish wash
- Work in the home with breaks in between
- Gymnastics
- Healthy Eating
- Dance
