I have been having a lot of sinus / allergy problems with in the last year and now I have started to get these weird sounds coming from my sinus cavities when I breath and it is driving me crazy as it is hard to sleep (or go to sleep) when you have strange sounds going off in your head.

I thought I was loosing it "again" when I first started hearing these sounds - lol.

The sounds are a combination of pop rocks getting wet and some kind of white noise.... sorry, but that is the best way I can describe what is going on.

Can any one relate?
