I went nuts at a Pi Day celebration at work yesterday and instead of dropping back toward 155, I was 158 this morning. Then I was stupid today with some leftover pie and donuts. Still in my range but up at the top. Time to really kick it in; no more excuses. Just a few days ago I was over 5 pounds lower. I know a lot of the current weight is water and if I do my standard long workout Saturday without overeating, Sunday will nt be horrible, but I really need to keep going. I am displaying some scary behavior.
