I’m now both a “long term” and “very avoidant patient” - I very very rarely consult them. As you said, something else to be “unsuccessful” at

I was probably labelled as “those kind of people” as I had already had anxiety for “too long” Although the original labelling GP decided it was recent (well no.. )

It’s so confusing.

Sometimes he gets it
Others he is way off the mark
His tools to repair me are lacking
I think they grow tired of not being able to cure

I am a serial patient....
Something else to be unsuccessful at.....

The NHS has no time for us
No money for real treatments
No support for our ongoing struggles
