My goals for Saturday:

1) brush teeth - a) in the morning b) after lunch c) after dinner
2) make bed
3)take shower
4) clean bedroom
5) wash my hankerchief
6) give food to the stray cats
7) go to the bank
8) go to the sweet store
9) decide what to cook for tomorrow
10) do the dishes
11) take care of pet
12) exercise - a) walk indoors: 20min + 20min
b) sit-ups - 40

Overall: Eat healthy... Try to take one day at a time... Just try to make it through the day... Be patient and wait....Be hopeful and look forward to a happy future.
