I think I'm going to cut out most caffeine, like only drink a regular cup of coffee or tea a day max. Switch over to decaf and herbal teas mainly. I can't seem to tolerate caffeine anymore and I want to do everything I can to stay mentally healthy. It's been giving me bad anxiety lately
