Crazy, crazy swings. Yesterday I only ate about 900 calories and did 90 minutes of cardio without logging it. I was committed to making sure the 159 I saw on the scale yesterday morning didn't rollover to 160. It didn't. I was 155 this morning. I knew the rise over the last few days was too quick to be be a true body mass gain. Mostly water. Not long ago, after a light day of eating with a lot of cardio done late I was 152, so there has been a recent gain from over eating.

EDIT:
I didn't have sweets at all yesterday and haven't today and so far looking like I will stick to low (but not aiming ultra low) calories. Sweets seem to be my kryptonite lately. I can't seem to stop at just one or two. I used to have more control. I need to get it back. Trying to avoid them won't work long term.
