Are they euthanizing people who have mental illnesses but not physical illnesses? I always thought of euthanasia as ending the suffering of people who are dying soon anyway. I didn't think of it as suicide.

I don't know DownandLonely. I thought it was only legal in cases of terminal illness. I have not seen the documentary.
