So I am on this med that made my periods go away for about six months. They lowered my dose and they are back. I have always been a heavy bleeder my mom was a heavy bleeder. I am anemic. Very anemic. Like last year I almost needed a blood transfusion. I went to the hospital because my body felt so weird like my muscles didnt want to work and they said I was at a 7 at 5 you need a transfusion. Anyway, I am bleeding so heavy on my periods I dont know what is safe anymore. I heard if you soak a pad an hour that is bad. I soak more than that on the first 4 days of my period.
