My most important plans for Tuesday:

- After breakfast; do the dishes
- Set the washing machine to work
- Go for a 35 minutes walk
- Think through what I want to talk to my therapist about
- Make grocery lists
- Grocery
- Rest
- Eat healthy and try to be mindful during the day
- Gymnastics
