I've woke myself up yelling! When I was working, I would be dreaming about what the people that worked for me did, or something my kids did that day and I'd get frustrated and start yelling, and I'd actually be yelling.

My husband talks in his sleep all the time, always has. He never remembers though. His is usually about work as well.
