I felt depressed while I woke up, but my brain has worked hard on how to fix the situation. I can be good at walking, but not so good at gymnastics (just a few very easy exercises). I decided to do more exercises, harder ones. I did so for half an hour.

I feel that I fail to eat healthy. I decided to be able to do that. I did that today.

I did everything I had planed for today and more, except the dishes.
Plans for Tuesday.
- Swich and swipe in the bath room
- Eat a healthy breakfast
- Shower
- Do the dishes
- Plan for therapy
- Therapy
- Allow myself to think one hour after the therapy (let it sink in)
- Healthy dinner
- Walk for 32 minutes
- Relax
