My goals for Thursday:
1) brush teeth - a) in the morning b) after lunch c) after dinner -
2) make bed - yes
3)take shower/wash hair with shampoo-
4) clean bedroom -
5) wash hankerchief -
6) give food to the stray cats -
7) decide what to cook for tomorrow -
8) do the dishes -
9) take care of pet -
10) exercise - a) walk indoors: 20min + 20min -
b) sit-ups - 40 -
Overall: Eat healthy... Try to take one day at a time... And just try to make it through the day... Be patient and wait....Be hopeful and look forward to a happy future.
