My suggestion is in this:

During the summer I am actually a camp counselor with kids ages 4 – 10 at a Christian camp

I would drop the actually out of this sentance. I think it sounds more mature and professional if you just stick with the statement itself.

Does that make sense? Dont take that the wrong way
