How long do you think one should wait to call a doctor after test results are available? (Provided they don’t call you first.)

I had my last blood test Tuesday and the results were available today—negative for whatever it was for (hepatitis I think).

I would just like to move on asap to whatever the next step is: referral, diagnosis, gf diet, etc.
