I compare myself to others aswell sometimes and it makes me feel so bad, its rotten.

The only thing I can suggest that helps me is, try and understand that your an individual person and you are what you are and in the meantime, instead of wishing you could be like them, what I do is improve some small things at a time to make me feel better. Im not talking drastic changes here, I mean something like giving myself a manicure, or going to the hairdressers for a trim to neaten my hair up a bit.

You'd be suprised how much little treats work for yourself, it does for me!
