No, haven't done that one. Last week was my first time with a real psychiatrist; my PCP has been prescribing so far and I don't think she knew anything about borderline. She's the one who put me on Cymbalta and I'm not happy about it (see my thread under Getting Off Meds.) Psych is going to take things one step at a time - want to make sure we know what is or isn't working, never mind which cause side effects. She also said she won't do benzos - I don't think anything else is gonna do much for my anxiety

I don't know for sure that I am bipolar - psychiatrist agreed that it's hard to tell if my emotions are from that, or just part of BPD. Maybe we'll figure out it out as my treatment progresses.
