I hit the toenail with the heel of my other foot getting out of bed and it’s lifted the toenail up. It’s like loose at the sides all the way to bottom where it’s damaged...

Called NHS out of hours service since GP is closed for weekend. Long story short they sent me to see pharmacist since minor injuries clinic was far away. For now just clean and bandage. Got some paracetamol and codeine but will probably manage without. Just uncomfortable walking.

Will see GP on Monday to get it properly checked too as that toenail has a fungal infection anyway.
