I'm okay today. I'm trying to be kind to myself. This last week has been a very difficult one sifting through my mind and the dark corners and shadows of it. But I feel I have made progress. Now just waiting for Monday to roll around to talk to the therapist for our 2 hour session. I am strong. I will persevere. This too shall pass.
