Wisewoman. Yeah, it does need to be expressed. It can feel healing to express it at times. I used to think that if I really let myself feel it then it would never stop. But it comes and goes in waves, and it isn't more than I can bear.
Yeah. I have yet to see whether letting it out will help me not get so depressed. But I guess that is the theory, eh? I think it does come out in negative ways...
