It depends on what your expectations are. Do you want your manager to say something to your supervisor to knock it off? Or do you just want him to be aware of it? Would he retaliate if he knew you said anything? If you just want to go on record about it, you should make sure you have a reason for your manager like- you wanted him to be aware, or say something to this jerk, or to crack down on the gossip and name calling. Just have the reason behind it if you do say something so you do not make yourself a target for this jerk.
